Operational Research studies compiled by No. 2
Operational Research Section who served with 21 Army
Group from June, 1944 to July, 1945. Personnel studied
the performance of weapons and equipment on the
battlefields of Northwest Europe in a methodical
endeavour to apply past lessons to future operations.
This is a fascinating historical record which is
extensively illustrated with contemporary charts,
tables, maps, plans and photographs.
